Daily Resort Fee. A $15 Daily Resort Fee plus applicable tax is applied to each non-complimentary hotel reservation and includes amenities that are sure to enhance your experience at Beau Rivage Resort and Casino. The resort fee includes: Property-wide high-speed internet access (public spaces and in-room), unlimited local and toll free calls, airline boarding pass printing, notary service, fitness center access for guests 18+, daily newspaper (available at the Concierge Desk), and complimentary parking.

*For each complimentary night in your reservation (if any), the daily resort fee (plus tax) for such night will be waived and the Resort Fee and Estimated Tax, Reservation Total, and Estimated Balance shown above will be reduced accordingly.

Check In/Check Out. Check in time is 3:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 AM.

Additional Occupant Charge. There is an additional charge of $20.00 plus tax per occupant, per night, above 2 occupants per room plus applicable tax.

* Taxes. Estimated taxes are based on current tax rates which are subject to change as required by applicable law. Taxes may include lodging tax, sales tax, entertainment tax, etc. Lodging taxes apply to the basic room rate, additional per occupant charges, upgrades, as well as any other charges as required by applicable law. In the event that lodging is part of a package offering that includes food & beverage, entertainment, or other taxable or nontaxable goods and services, the applicable taxes, if any, will be computed on each component of the package in accordance with applicable tax laws and will be shown on your final invoice at check-out. Additional taxes, if any, will be due upon check-out.

Room Status. Beau Rivage reserves the right to check the status of all rooms/suites at any time.

Credit/Debit Card Charges. The credit or debit card used to reserve your reservation will be required upon arrival to register. If you are paying with a credit card, you must present the credit card at check-in unless a previously arranged third party credit card authorization is completed for the booking. If you are not the credit card holder, please contact Customer Care for details on our credit card policy. We will place an authorization against this account to cover applicable charges for room, taxes and resort fees, as well as a $60 incidental amount per stay to allow you access to room charging privileges and may result in additional authorizations should your charges exceed the originally approved amount. Guests using a debit card in lieu of a credit card acknowledge unused funds are released upon check-out and may take 3-10 business days for domestic banks and up to 30 days for international banks to become available through their financial institution. You authorize us to place a hold against your credit or debit card to guarantee any and all charges and, in the event that you do not settle your account subsequent to your departure, you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card or apply funds you have on deposit with us against what you owe.

Responsibility for Charges and Damages. You agree that regardless of billing or master account arrangements, you are liable for any and all charges posted to your room(s). You are further liable for all damages to the room(s) caused by you or your guests/invitees during your stay. You agree that any guests in your room are authorized by you to charge to the room from anywhere in the resort, unless you advise the Front Desk otherwise.

Smoking Charges. Beau Rivage Resort & Casino hotel rooms and suites are smoke-free (except for certain designated Suite Floors). If there is evidence of smoking in your non-smoking room/suite, you will incur a minimum deep cleaning fee of $300 for rooms and $1000 for suites charged to your hotel account, plus applicable taxes. Please note that e-cigs, vapors, hookahs, etc. fall under our non-smoking policy. Cleaning fees will be applied to smoking in areas that are non-smoking. We have designated smoking areas throughout the casino, bars, and other areas where you may smoke (as permitted by applicable law). Contact a resort employee for location information regarding designated smoking areas.

Refund of Deposit. The first night's deposit is fully refundable provided a timely notice of cancellation is received by Customer Care at 888.567.6667 at least 24 hours prior to the arrival date, unless specifically excluded by booked offer. Cancellations less than 24 hours before your scheduled arrival (and no shows) will result in a forfeiture of the first night’s deposit. If you have a complimentary stay (or at least the first night is complimentary) and do not cancel at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival (or do not show up), then you will be charged a $50 room or $250 suite cancellation fee, plus applicable taxes.

Revised Check Out Date. You have the option to change your check out date at any time prior to check-in or at check-in without being charged an early departure assessment.

Should your plans require you to extend your departure date, please check with the Front Desk on room availability but note that your rate is subject to change.

Room Requests. Every effort will be made to accommodate your requests for specific room type and location, but we are unable to guarantee any requests as rooms are not assigned until check in. Additional fees plus applicable taxes may apply depending on the specific requests.

Age Requirement (21+). Guests must be at least 21 years of age in order to check into the hotel. All guests must be at least 21 years old to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages. Reminder: Per Mississippi law, you must be 21 years or older to gamble. Please advise your underage guests of this law.

Miscellaneous. The extent of any complimentaries received is based upon qualified casino play that is reviewed during and after your stay. Please notify the Front Desk immediately if there are any errors to name, rate or length of stay. Room rates, resort fees, additional occupant charges, cancellation fees, and cleaning fees are based on rates and fees applicable at time of booking your reservation, not at time of check-in (unless date of booking/check-in are the same or as otherwise provided herein). Applicable taxes are computed at the rate required by law at the time of the applicable transaction.

Telephone Calls. Telephone calls made from hotel phones (including in guest rooms, lobbies, hallways or elevators) to hotel operators or other hotel staff (such as front desk, concierge, room service, etc.) may be monitored and recorded by hotel management for purposes of quality assurance, training, security or mutual protection.

Marketing. By providing your e-mail address, street address and/or other contact information, you consent to receiving marketing and promotional e-mails, direct mail, and other communications (electronic and otherwise) from MGM and its related and/or affiliated properties, and you consent to our sharing such information with MGM and its related and/or affiliated properties, and with our business partners and other third parties. Safes. In-room fireproof safes are provided for guests to deposit their valuables as well as safety deposit boxes at the Front Desk. Beau Rivage will not be responsible for valuables not deposited in such safe or at the Front Desk.

Use of Accommodations. Hotel rooms and suites are intended solely for the purpose of overnight lodging and accommodation and may not be utilized for exhibition and/or sale of goods, products, wares or services, and/or for any other commercial activity other than networking, without first receiving the separate written consent of Beau Rivage. Without limiting the forgoing, should you utilize your room(s) and/or suite(s) for any commercial activity, you hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold Beau Rivage and Beau Rivage’s parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, free, clear and harmless from, and against, any and all claims and liabilities in connection with such activities.
