All Beau Rivage guests must be 18 or older to utilize Spa services, Spa relaxation facilities and complimentary Fitness Center. Underage guests must be 16 and accompanied by an adult to use the Fitness Center. Athletic attire and shoes must be worn at all times.

For your convenience a 20% service charge will be added to each spa and salon service received. A portion of the service charge is dispersed to the spa and salon staff members who served you and the remainder is an administrative fee. Additional gratuities are at your discretion.

SPA, SALON, FACILITIES AGE REQUIREMENT
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to receive a Massage or Facial treatment and use the Spa facilities.

Guests 17 years old or under require parental supervision when having any hair color or chemical service.

Fitness Center guests must be 18 years of age or older or 16 when accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.

FITNESS CENTER ATTIRE & SHOE REQUIREMENT
Appropriate workout footwear and attire is required, i.e. no flip flops, no swimwear, etc.

TOUR PHILOSOPHY
To protect the privacy of our guests while using the Spa, we provide tours through our facility for spa guests only.

AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION
A Spa Receptionist will coordinate a spa experience specifically for your needs. Guests must hold a reservation with an authorized credit card and show identification upon arrival. Please notify the agent if you prefer a male or female therapist, take medication or have high blood pressure, allergies, physical ailments, disabilities or are pregnant.

SPA ETIQUETTE
The spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect other guests’ rights to privacy and serenity. We request that cell phones be turned off to maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the spa. Smoking is not permitted. Guests are prohibited from bringing any outside food or alcohol into the spa. Any guest appearing intoxicated will be denied access to the spa. There is a zero-tolerance policy for any inappropriate conduct.

WHAT TO WEAR DURING TREATMENT
The Beau Spa does not require any dress code and is a clothing optional environment. It is recommended during a Body Treatment or Massage that those treatments are enjoyed without clothing, although undergarments may be worn if preferred. Professional draping is performed throughout the duration of the service for privacy. We request that all guests take a shower prior to arrival. We will provide robes and slippers for your convenience.

GUEST TIMELINESS
We ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time, allowing you to enjoy the amenities and facilities.

SALON SERVICES
Salon Service bookings do not include use of the facilities.

SHAVING
Shaving is not recommended before a Body Treatment or Men’s Facial. If you choose to shave, please shave at least eight hours prior to your service.

WAXIING
Sun exposure is not recommended before or after any waxing service.

COLOR OR CHEMICAL SERVICES
While hair should be clean, it is recommended that you do not wash your hair the same day as any color or chemical service. This will help eliminate scalp irritation.

EVENT STYLING HAIR SERVICES
It is recommended that you do not shampoo your hair when having an up-do. This will help your style last longer for your special occasion.

SPA & SALON PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards, cash and gift certificates purchased through the hotel. Registered hotel guests have the option to charge to their room.  For your convenience, a 20% service charge is added; however, additional gratuity is at your discretion.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please notify the Spa & Salon four hours prior to your appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule. If we do not receive a call or cancellation is late, you will be charged 100% full payment for services not canceled in the time allotted.

A 4-hour notice is required for cancellation. Call 228-386-7472 to cancel. Please leave a voicemail if it is after hours.
